We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return items purchased from VashiaOfficial.
Return period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non‑returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as certain beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items clearly marked as "final sale" or "non‑returnable" on the product page
If an item is non‑returnable, this will be stated on the product page.
Return shipping costs
- For approved returns of eligible items, VashiaOfficial will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you.
- If we determine that an item is not eligible for return under this policy (for example, it is used, damaged by the customer, or outside the 14‑day window), we may decline the return or ask you to cover the cost of return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.
How to start a return
1. Contact us at voshop360@vashiaofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is approved, we will send you:
A return authorization confirmation; and
A prepaid return shipping label, plus instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
4. Attach the prepaid label and drop off the package at the carrier location specified in the instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at voshop360@vashiaofficial.com if:
The item is defective or damaged; or
You receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
1. Request a return for the original item as described above; and
2. Place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must otherwise meet the same condition requirements described above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at voshop360@vashiaofficial.com.
